Everyone should use these when communicating with said tits and paycheck.

This is symbolic of how things have evolved since July.

On one side, we have Anthony and his team who made a ballsy move to start up a risky venture, but are responsive to the viewers. From day one, Anthony has been interactive with the subscribers (and everyone else) and has adjusted his product a few times already. He comes on here sometimes and jokes around, and at the very least recognized that he has a unique advantage by having a direct, free and honest feedback group to help him make things better, and he utilizes it. He isnt condescending, rude or arrogant, and it makes my user experience better.

On the other side of the coin, we have turkey-boy constantly butting heads with listeners, being hostile, and sticking his head in the sand like a toddler who is having a fit.

I liked your vids. I thought they were useful for catching a specific funny moment. But at the end of the day, it seems those guys have their own strategy for marketing the show, and maybe this wasnt aligned with that.

It is definitely a very political response but it is still much better than what I got before.

They talk about not wanting to have this stuff out there because it's a subscription service, but so was O&A. So many people have been introduced to O&A in the last few years because of YouTube. People would look up comedians they liked, they would see that they'd been on O&A, and they would listen and become fans. The clips on YouTube were the best unintentional promotion that O&A ever got even to the point that O&A fought Sirius against taking the clips down. I understand not wanting full shows up, but no one was doing that. OP was just doing what others have been doing for years now with O&A.

Ya but I see the difference and so should a lot of people. Sxm is a corporation that gets money from many different sources. TACS is one show funded by one person whose only payoff is subscribers. Putting out any content kind of takes away from the "subscribe to enjoy"aspect of it. The clips were probably good for marketing the show, but in KtC, Rat, and Ants defense, that is what the hour long Best of TACS is for.

I'm with you on that. I've re-watched a few segments on here which I either missed or wanted to see again, in turn reminding me to go back and check out more of the archives. I also know that the more of these clips there are out there, the more you're going to bring in additional subs.

However, I completely understand their wanting to protect the service for the nitwits who don't comprehend this concept.

I understand that angle, but they've been really shitty when it comes to promotion. Aside from going on the podcasts there hasn't been much. Until you mentioned it, I had completely forgotten that they offered the best of podcast each week.

They are brand new to being the owners and promoters of this. Any new company that's less than a few years old will make mistakes/not think of the best things to do. My only argument is its up to the people who are invested in the product and who benefit and lose from its success and failure to control the content being put out. Let's not forget that it's only 7 a month for 32 hours of entertainment. I don't know anywhere else you get that kind of deal. Movies are 13 bucks, some TV is free but advertising, some TV is pay and it's expensive, video games are the equivalent of a one year sub.

But that 2 min trailer yields 13 dollars for 2 hours of content. Other media is funded by advertising or yield a lot more money for shorter amount of entertainment hours.
