I made a sub a while back, before Ant got fired actually, just cause. I have been thinking about using it now to discuss the show, Ants show, and all friends of the show. So f it, /r/OnAuniverse is the sub reddit. I'm tired of dealing with the bs around here like some others. So if anyone wants to enjoy discussing all things OnA related, go there. If it doesn't take off oh well

No, i should have clarified. Someone posted in a previous thread they wanted a place with no Opie bashing. I just made the sub public as a place to discuss the shows with no bashing

So no posts exhibiting negative feelings or criticism towards Opie will be permitted on your subreddit? It just sounds like you made a censored version of this subreddit because you don't like the negativity that has been going on here as of late, much like when Jeff Scott had a breakdown when people started expressing negative opinions regarding TACS.

This isn't the "Opie bashing" subreddit, it's the O&A subreddit, Opie has been receiving criticism because the show has been lackluster since the firing and he is largely responsible for the decline. Jim has gotten his fair share of criticism over the past couple of months, and Anthony as well to a lesser extent. Creating a new sub devoid of an opinion you don't agree with doesn't seem like a prudent course of action, it's redundant and unnecessary.

No, constructive criticism is fine. But no bam Margera stuff, no kids and wife being dragged through the mud. If you're over 10 years old I think you can differentiate what is legit criticism and complaints about a show and what is downright ridiculous and wrong.

I never said I condone it, and I actually feel the vitriol directed towards Opie can be excessive or too invasive at times. But at the same token I would never feel compelled to defect from this sub and create another one about the same exact thing with censorship. If I don't like something on here I typically ignore it or downvote it if its not pertinent to the show, and I feel like that's what most people do as well. Your new sub is redundant and does not need to exist.

I have ignored it and let it be. I think it is wrong and disgusting and this is the first time I have made that known. I only posted this after someone asked if there was a different sub. Again, if no one uses it, Ill delete it.

Someone in a prior thread asked why there is so much Opie bashing and if there was another thread that wasn't Opie bashing and was a legit place to go to discuss all the shows without the we all hate Opie thing. No one hurt my feelings
