What is up with the "Opieradio accelerated podcast"

It's just clips from everyone else's shows with a couple O and J peppered in.

Obviously they don't have enough material from their own show but I thought it was suppose to be classic O and A and new O and J clips. Now we're playing Joe Rogan experience, Sam Roberts, Rich Voss and shit?

Ok then.

why would you listen to the o&j podcast in the first place? (why am i on this sub?) maybe a mistake from the production staff, it certainly is odd.

I only download the classic ones with anthony but it auto downloaded this one today and looked at the info to see all these shows listed, ( the dates are wacky too) and didn't know if anyone listened or why they are doing this.

If you're a listener of the Opie Raqio Show, it should not be a surprise that finding 60 minutes of decent content from the 12+ hours they broadcast each week is a daunting, if not impossible task. "Opie Raqio Accelerated" pulls content from all the shows that are heard on the Opie Raqio Channel as a way to patch together 60 minutes they can refer to as the best of the week.

I wasn't even aware they used JRE on their channel. I would be embarrassed to have my show bundled with the rest of that nonsense

I'm not sure if Bennington is part of Opie Raqio Accelerated; if it is, it should be the entire hour because Ron and Gail are great, I really enjoy listening to their show.

I would also be embarrassed to have JRE on my channel. As bad as Opie is, he's not as delusional as ol' Joey.

Hmmmm

Accelerated is different from the podcast. The podcast has 2 episodes a week now, 1 classic o&a and 1 o&j. then in addition there is Opieradio accelerated, which it's clips of everything on the channel

Well... At least they can get 1 interesting podcast out of all the shows on the channel per week. Sucks it's the one that doesn't exist now tho

I think I found my next purchase!

Douchey.

the hacky local radio station does the same sort of thing, but it's called: "the ADD version", which would actually be much more appropriate for Opieraqio
