I could be wrong but I'm thinking that Opie thinks that the same haters that were attacking the homeless cake stomp video are attacking all of his other videos.
I really don't think his channel has reached the point in popularity where people who aren't O&A/J listeners are subscribed, so it won't have haters like someone like Pewdiepie or Justin Bieber (I'm really out of the loop in terms of what's popular anymore) that at no point liked the content that they're watching. Opie must just not realize that everyone who hates his videos are ex-fans and not the opinionated vloggers that went after the cake stomp video. He's just a paranoid old man trying to figure out the internet and it's sort of sad and entertaining to watch.
