Moving on to a new show?

Hey guys.

I was wondering if you guys have found any good radio shows or podcasts. TACS is good, and I watch every day. I also really enjoy Bill Burr's Monday Morning Podcast. Is old school Stern worth checking out? I've never listened, but saw some of the stern guys on TACS and they seemed pretty funny. Or possibly Ron and Fez?

Ron & Fez, especially the older episodes, are GOLD.

TACS is good too, but still embryonic. It'll get better.

I've moved onto Phil Hendrie show, he is back and better than ever.

ron and fez is very good, but you will be negatively surprised as to what people occasionally appear on the show, and not as a bit:

1.random chick interns who confidently join conversations without any knowledge

2.middle management cunts

3.bad callers like blowhard, janice, hardrock johnny

4.jeffrey gurian

5.fez

p.s.: fez has somehow improved in the last two-three months or so, he is sometimes co-hosting now.

Old Stern is good. I'd say start in the satellite years so it's easier to pick up on.

I discovered him quite recently. Thanks to Todd Packer's channel I've come across a few gems. The Beetlejuice, High Pitch Eric and Sam Kinison compilations were pretty good.

Is it sacrilegious to mention him in this sub?

Nah, at this point he probably has more support from us than Opie.

Tuesdays With Stories and Legion of Skanks are two really good podcasts. Ron and Fez is great too.

I only started listening to O&A in October of 2012, so I've gone back and gotten all of the old satellite archives. I'm up to late January of 2005, and it's getting much better. They were way to obsessed with shockin' and jockin' throughout the beginning of the show (some retarded "sexiest state in America" competition and way too much "guess what's in my pants") but the foundation was there and as of the point I'm at now, it's becoming a very good show.

i agree, early o&a wasnt nearly as good. i hated those stupid bits, also i hate any sex and females on the show in general. Thankfully they cut out most of that. late 2005-2008 has some amazing stuff. 2009-2014 is still great stuff too

We Hate Movies

ya know what duuuuude?

Old and new r&f, high society radio with pepper Hicks, and my wife hates me, you know what dude and legion of shanks

Rogan is consistently great, always catch Burr. Just started getting into Ari Shaffir, hilarious dude. My Wife Hates me is way better as a podcast than it is on 103.

Other miscellaneous shit I catch: Flop House, Dan Carlin, Radio Lab.

Todd and Jayde

On Tuesday ol' Grand Wizard Cumia is going to be on the Legion of Skanks Podcast. That'd be a perfect time to give them a preliminary listen to find out if you like the show.

I enjoy Wits, every episode has a different comedian and music act http://www.witsradio.org/episodes/

Legion of skanks. Fast paced jokes. Funny guys. Do it.

There's one I can't stop listening to from LA, called Lookin GOOD Radio, it's pretty good. www.lookingoodradio.com or free on itunes.

This coming Thurs episode should be a hoot, since I heard one of the hosts is spending all weekend at Carolla's studios, and hanging out there live for the Anthony interview Sunday at 5pm. (He might have spent today working on a Kickstarter promo with Alan Tudyk and Nathan Fillion there, and had a huge nerd boner because he's a massive Firefly/Serenity nerd)

I've moved onto Phil Hendrie show, he is back and better than ever.
