It just seemed weird because that statement usually goes in reverse. As in, "he's not just good comedian, but a good guy too," so I was wondering if anybody else caught it.

Has Bob been on Opie's show yet? I know Ant did his show and he did Ant's, but never remember him stopping in besides the first show back after Ant's firing when Vos took Ant's seat.

I think once or twice. But now that he's out of the city, maybe it's easier for him to do Ant's show. I haven't heard a ton of tacs episodes, but i've heard Bobby on there at least twice.

It's actually farther from his new home to Ants then it is to go into the city for Opie.

Yeah, if you get bored and browse google maps... Bobby lives up in Westchester now (north of NYC) and Ant lives in Nassau (thru NYC and out east).
On another note, wasn't there a show after Bobby had his kid that he came in and talked all about kid stuff with Opie and kept disagreeing with every bit of advice Opie had to offer?

distance wise yeah, Westchester is closer to nyc than Long Island. But it can be an easier drive to go from Westchester to Long Island. It's all highway, if you leave at the right time there won't be any traffic. Plus less tolls and free parking. Def easier to get to TACS than into midtown Manhattan, plus the time the shows are on alone has got to be easier for a comedian.

Didn't think about the time being a problem. I know Bobby has also been going crazy around the country rehearsing for his special (airs this Friday on Comedy Central btw) so that probably explains most of his absence from the O&J show. That and his YWKD podcast.
