God I miss that fat piece of shit and his infectious laugh.
I like to think that Patrice would have gone to bat for Ant during the firing. He would have ripped siriusxm management a new asshole like he did to that vapid cunt Sonia Ossorio.
I feel like he would've been with Ant on this whole debacle. The beautiful thing is that Patrice would've ripped Ant to pieces, as well. Mainly for even running to twitter the way he did.
"You ran to twitter like a 15 yr old girl, Anthony! You're 75! Men don't do that. You deal with the situation, and then move on. No need to cry about it all night, and day after day. A bunch of nothings that retweet, and favorite your nonsense make you feel better about yourself? What happened to you, Anthony?"
TACS would've been better as well. His race rants were cool when you had a guy like Patrice that would explain things to him, and bring a bit more humor to the talks. Patrice leveled him out. I just wonder how often he would do the Opie and Jim show, and TACS. Also, I wonder if Opie would hesitate bringing Patrice on. Would Opie be scared that Patrice would put him on the spot, and ask why isn't he showing up to TACS, and if he really fought for Ant. You know Opie would love Patrice to be on the show because it would be an easy day with him around but you never really knew what Patrice would say. He might end up shitting on management on air, and Opie would lose his mind cause he worships management. Then that would put a rift in their friendship, and then Patrice, and Anthony would start a radio war with the O&J show, and all hell would break loose. And then after that, and then after that, and then after that....i'm babbling.
He might have said that in a joking manner, but he wouldn't have said it seriously. Patrice was a fair guy, I doubt he would write Anthony off completely.

I know you didn't mean to do this, but when you said that Opie "worships" management, I couldn't help but hear him say the word "warshes" in my head.
