That's because Opie NEVER listens to what anyone is saying. How many times has Opie misinterpreted a genuinely funny line because he only picked up on the last word of the line? And then he begins to steer the whole show off course based on what he thinks is going on.

If I could make one recommendation for the show, it's listen. Both Opie and Jimmy refuse to actually listen to the other hosts, the producers, the guests, youtube videos, etc.

That is a major difference between Ron Bennington and Opie (well one of the many major differences). Ron listens to the people in the room and still manages to not only steer the show but be funny at the same time. Put the fucking phones away, get the hell off of twitter and speak with one another not just at the microphone.

Holy shit, I just remembered towards the end when Soder was talking a bunch of funny hypothetical shit about Kim Jung Un. Opie faking shock asks, "wait, are you sure you didn't see the movie?" Soder awkwardly responds and Opie replies that a lot of what Soder was saying was in the movie.
