An excellent point made by Jimmy today is that everyone is cowardly for using fake screen names.

I propose that everyone here makes a new username with their full name included and then if you could add your social security number to your flair, so people can more easily track you in the real world. Also, if you'd like to add your employers email address so we can contact them and have them monitor everyone's jokes from here on out, that would be great.
