I don't give a care that people like

Burr, Opie, Jimmy, Derosa have buckled under to corporate bullshit and money. It's the fact that they all talked nonstop about how douchey and fucked up people are that do that. If Opie, or whoever, would say, "Sorry, I talked so much shit about people that do that. I'd never been in that position so I didn't know" or whatever. But to just go along and act like it's all good and that they've never talked shit about the exact situation they are now in, is fucking gross.

How is Burr included in this? Or Derosa really? They aren't involved with Sirius.

If he's up for a role or just got one, he's very careful of what he says and wants his guest, when he has one, to be careful as well. He didn't use to do that.

There also wasn't hordes of easily offended bloggers looking to fuck over anyone for anything. Burr is also much more successful now, I can't see how him wanting to keep the success he worked for is a bad thing.

Burr has never said he wasn't like that, he's a super careful guy with a lot of things (doesn't "name names".. etc) and always has been. Your argument is steeped in folly.

You might notice that all successful comedians tend not to burn bridges within the industry if they plan on trying to cross them. Louis doesn't sit in on O&A trashing Howard or Leno or Letterman or anyone for that matter anymore either. It has more to do with being a professional and not being a dipshit. Burr's latest standup special he is still the same guy, just more mature. He still trashes the apology culture but says if you are actually being a dick than apologizing is OK. You just shouldn't apologize if you didn't do anything wrong. He always was against Anthony's racist tendencies. I'm not at all surprised he hasn't been supporting Anthony after he was fired for a racist tirade on twitter.

glad you finally broke your silence on the matter.
