Today Opie decided to spend an hour beating up Fez in order for Opie to feel better about himself. Since Opie enjoys beating up people, I hope he enjoys this because every word of it is true (as established by the citations). Opie being a cunt and beating up someone like Fez who cannot fight back is what merits this being posted:

TIL the outcome of the defamation lawsuit... keep in mind the legal definition of defamation is:
the act of making untrue statements about another which damages his/her reputation. If the defamatory statement is printed or broadcast over the media it is libel and, if only oral, it is slander.

The decision in Smigo V. NYP Holdings Inc:

The motion for summary judgment by defendants Collins Communications, Inc. t/a Steppin' Out Magazine and Steven P. Dowsett a/k/a Chaunce Hayden to dismiss the action as against them is granted and the complaint is dismissed with costs and disbursements to said defendants as taxed by the Clerk.

Meaning that in the eyes of the Court, no untrue statements were made that would damage the reputation of Opie's wife.

Therefore:
Does a sex tape with Opie's wife and Bam Margera exist?

Hopefully next time Opie will think before attacking easy targets like Fez who cannot defend himself because Opie has a lot more skeletons that should be revealed if he continues to be a cunt attacking weaker people.
