Again with this "figuring it out" shit. It's not a Rubik's cube, shitstain.

You have to give the guy time to figure it out. One member of his team was fired, leaving him with only his other long time co-host and his entire staff of production crew.

This stuff takes time to figure out. It's not like a guy could be fired in a shitstorm of bad press and in one month put together an entire new show with a HD streaming visual element and its own subscription based business model, working with a skeleton crew of amateurs and friends and still put on an entertaining show despite moving from co-hosting a show with two other guys to now hosting a show completely alone. You guys act like you expect somebody to pull off a feat roughly half as impressive as that, it's just not possible.
