Patrice death anniversary countdown: 14 days to go
0 2014-11-15 by [deleted]
Even though it'll have been 3 years, it still hurts like yesterday. At 7am in a couple saturdays, i'm gonna light a candle, go in the basement, put on some "feeling sorry for myself" music. Turn out the lights.. choose a corner and have another good cry. Then half an hour later i'll log in here and post more video links about how great he was, and it'll totally get upvoted.

He was a great guest, you really have a problem with people posting links?
If so, go take a nap on a train track.

In a lot of ways, Patrice's death was the beginning of the end of the o&a show itself. I know it's kind of fucked up to compare a man's life to a fucking talk show, but there it is.

Everyone has to admit, there is a lot of circlejerking going on when it comes to Patrice's "legacy". No one here personally knew him. He told a few funny jokes, and then he died.

I was sure that the circlejerking is going on in the Opie posts.
