SiriusXM doesn't need good radio, it need passive radio hosts that don't demand money for events, new studios, etc. The subscription shit means predictable cashflow, and predictable cash flow means you can fuck with stocks and make money. That's the business model. Whether or not Opie is garbage is totally irrelevant.

Kurt Metzger is one of the best comedians around at the moment. Todays commentary on "Man smacks the soul out of girl on the NY Subway " killed me. VideOandA if you're still out there ,a humble request good sir.

One thing I like about Kurt is he already has confidence. It wasn't his first appearance, but a lot of comics take more than a dozen before they feel comfortable (a lot never get there). Even Dipaolo with that thick guinea skin took almost 20 before he really settled in.

Was the first time I've heard Sherrod and not been irritated, he works well with Metzger. Show was really only saved by the 7 hours they spent on the subway slapping video which was in their defense fucking hilarious.

The show was solid today. The show's are noticeably better when that have good comics on and don't interview, but fall into the comfortable mold of O&A where they riff on stories/videos and make fun of each other.

Yet, not a good show either. Mediocre drivel.
