The only problem with this is that Greggshells has autism. He can't detect sarcasm and would see it as actual support. He'd think the "haters" finally go tired and gave up and now people that really like the show were finally speaking up.

That's a little something I like to call "reverse psychology", you guys might not have heard of it...

I like this idea but I'd like to see it taken one step further. If everyone pulled together we could collectively sing Opie's praises and let them know how we love the changes...without sarcasm. Yes, we seriously root them on. We even make suggestions to make the show even better by making more similar changes that would further the trajectory they're already on.

Here's why:

I think we can all agree that the show we all loved is dead and isn't coming back. They'll never be the same, and there's nothing we can do to bring it back. So what can we do? My vision is to do everything in our power to use Opie's egotistical nature against him and encourage his hair brained ideas. After a few months of psychological warfare, the show would be unbelievably horrible to the point where it's actually entertaining. Imagine the nonsense Scorch puts out there that's so bad that it's funny in a sad pathetic way.

I think it would be hilarious to listen to some unfathomably horrendous bit punctuated by Opie's bomb shaped jokes and Jimmy's thinly veiled disgust. I can already hear Opie gloat after a dreadful segment followed up by calls from us where we herald him as a comedy and radio genius. Meanwhile they quietly become the laughing stock of the entire industry.
