Every time Ant has a picture of Opie or a video that involves Opie up during his show he says "This is Opie's (whatever number we are at) appearance on this program" as a little joke about Opie doing or not doing his show.

Opie tweeted a while back saying he will definitely go on at some point. I also heard Opie mention on the show that he hasn't been invited to do Anthony's show yet.

Chip called in to Ant's first show, because that's just what you do. Not being an actual human being, Opie doesn't know or care about these things.

Also, Lynsi probably gave Opie an earful of Ant-hate, pissed at him that Opie might not get re-signed in the aftermath of the Ant firing, and she might lose her Hamptons digs.

I really dont ever see that happening. Opie is much too fragile to do that. You think opie would actually come to ants show(at ants house) and discuss their bad relationship? Opie always felt that even though ant was funnier and smarter than him, he still needed opie to be successful. Now that too has been proven wrong. Also im sure ant could throw a million stories in opies face where he acted like a spoiled child. Opies not gonna set himself up to look bad like that. Plus im sure hes aware that the majority of ants fans now completely hate opie.
