My theory about Opie's hater obsession is centered around him doing radio and only radio. Jimmy, I think, doesn't care about haters because he finds enough complimentary blogs and forums about his shows and comedy career. Opie has one source of feedback, his radio job. Ron Bennington, never mentions hater websites or haters, has a lot more going on than radio. Unmasked for example. Fez on the other hand, nothing going on in his life except radio. Fez also talks pretty much primarily about haters.

I suppose some might wonder, in this theory, why Ant wouldn't have been hater obsessed during his radio-only years. But Ant is out there doing cover band stuff and has his other outlet. Also he did live from the compound and made some TV appearances on like redeye and shit.

So anyway, is this theory total dogshit? If it is I'm going back to reddit.com/r/autistic_faggots/
