Dan Soder today; 'I think the last four times i've been on there's been a story about a hot teacher doing something with a student' - STOP PIGEONHOLING COMEDIANS. Jimmy was just doing Cregg Schinkel all the way through because he knew there was no other no content, it's just lazy producing and complete lack of prep. I like Soder, I don't want another Florentine.

Opie thought Jim was doing some random voice until Sam pointed it out that it was Schinkel. You can tell Opie was getting annoyed, too, especially when he said Jimmy was derailing the show.

I have also notice a lot of the Opie apologists are gone. Opie's followers are now turning against him.

Jim derailing the show is the only enjoyable part I have heard

Opie's idea of his "new direction" without Ant is taking phone calls and getting to the bottom of stuff. Like he's a cultural scientist, ready to educate the masses. Like the Frisbee Golf segment... He fails to realize he's not smart, not interesting, and spent the last 20 years letting funnier people tell dick jokes

Jimmy is the only thing that keeps the show going. He was so fed up with Frisbee Golf, Opie even apologized.

I just want the show to implode at this point

So, Opie is intentionally doing what they've been attacking other shows for doing for decades - having a comic on and setting up bits from their act?

So, if Brian Regan is ever on the show again (doubtful), is Opie going to set him up for Brian's most popular bits, like Brian complained about numerous times, and Opie backed him up on for being bad radio?

Well, after what you guys said he pulled with Dane Cook, I don't think the big comics will be coming on much anymore. Maybe as favor to Jimmy, but they won't stay long, and never return.
