It took me hours of obsessing over how jealous I am that joe is Ant's brother before I was finally able to make this connection: Joe is Brucie from GTA4. From the hyper-inflated sense of self-importance, to the constant use of words like "haters' and 'ordinary', brother joe is him, minus the entertainment value that the character had of course.

I loved that fucking character, that guy was laugh out loud funny. GTA 4 is one of the most entertaining games I've ever played, I loved every single character. I used to love shotgunning Bob Kelly in the park men's room, cause I used to hate him, ha ha. Bill Burr is the biker guy voice? That game rules.
