The issue was all about taking photos of nighttime NYC... Opie feared Anthony may start selling the pictures to fans, taking a chunk out of Greggory's cake.

This would embarass the Opester, because he is a no talent hack and the only thing he has going, is putting his autographed photos out to a mongoloid fringe audience.

Opie had seen enough and devised a (to be honest) genius plan to get Anthony fired, which succeeded without a hitch.
