Sounds like they have prep-sheets with scripted questions and Jimmy's annoyed to have to read them so he's sabotaging. Opie gave him a stern (hoo hoo) and corrective "Norton!" hoping to make him straighten out. Didn't work.
Basically Maron gives Zmuda an opportunity to talk, so the Maron episode was relaxed and intriguing. On the O&J show he keeps getting stepped on, so Zmuda is way more on edge and you can tell he's agitated.
Also, Opie is lying so much during this interview it almost seems like it's a bit.
I hate Marc Marcon and that's not true. Zmuda kept babbling over everyone. atleast a lot more than opie. and Zmuda talked a lot more than opie & jim Combined. The entire interview i said to myself, Who gives a shit.

Witless, self-obsessed, delusional, unfunny and unlikeable senior citizen and his guest, Bob Zmuda.

17 advertisements in one hour...
One hour of a guy that was friends with a mildly famous comedian...
And you don't include a timestamp?
5 Johnniebutters 2014-10-13
timestamp for what? This is one of the worst interviews/guest to ever be on O&J/O&A

I'm genuinely interested in Kaufman, but this dude sounds like a grave robbing zero.
1 LizardKingRumsfeld 2014-10-13
Now, he's got one chance to turn that grave robbing zero into a grave robbing HERO! Rob Schneider is... The Grave Digger

The title "Jimmy Disrupts Bob Zmuda Interview" sounded like a specific moment
Didn't realize the whole thing was an abomination. I certainly believe it though

You use Adblock. Hence my response.

Monkdick was being a dick, because you don't understand thedifference between the words 'your' and 'you're.'

He was more than just friends with Kaufman, and Kaufman was more than just a mildly famous comedian. You're a silly boy.

Jesus.. I tried to listen to this but hearing Sam cackle every time Jim asks a question in a stupid voice was too unbearable.

I feel like the Tara Reid interview was awful.
1 LizardKingRumsfeld 2014-10-13
There's a reason you feel that way

I haven't listened but Zmuda's coming very close to making a buck off his dead friend longer than his friend actually lived.

I thought the same thing about the prep-sheets thing today. Zmuda could easily be one of the worst interviews under the "new" O&J show.
1 LizardKingRumsfeld 2014-10-13
What's so new about it?

What a train wreck.

Marc Marcon interviewed Zmuda and it was great radio. Interesting to compare and contrast the two shows.

I said the same thing to myself the whole time I was reading your comment.

It is impossible to have great radio with Bob Zmuda. It is 2O14 and no one gives a shit about some guy who knew Andy Kaufman 8,000 years ago.
