I just started listening from the beginning (I'm only on Friday of their first week) and BOY is it different. They were making a conscious effort not to swear, Norton was a complete diva, and Anthony was really politically moderate. He kept taking jabs at bush and arguing for the democratic side on a lot of issues. Very different from what he is now.
I'm glad the show went in the direction it did (from like 2006-2012) instead of back to the WNEW style. Glad I started listening in 10-2012 so I have a ton to catch up on in my post- Anthony depression.
they had a lot of laughs, they had a lot of gaffes, flying eggnog goo, and homeless charlie too, WOW and Weinergate, Thomas Menino hate, Sex for Sam and worse, angry twitter bursts, but now all that is done, and they're all moving on, so listen with much scrutiny, Opie and Jim without Anthony
