The line is just designer bullshit. Sirius has in-house designers, I know, I almost applied for the job, until someone warned me it was a high-turnover job because working at Sirius is soul-killing and doesn't pay well.

My only conclusion is the line that penetrates the logo, is Opie penetrating relevant discussion.
It also represents his interjections on subjects that have nothing to do with him, yet he somehow makes it about him in the end.
