He thinks that if he prefaces whatever he's about to say or do with some dumb disclaimer, that that will absolve him of any blame or fault for creating bad radio.

edit: I can't into English

I think you mean absolve, abscond means to steal I believe

Oh yeah whoops, cheers

Is that what I THINK BRO!!!! How ABOUT YOU TRY TO CREATE SOMETHING GENIUS LIKE ME! #FACE

This did used to be an actual bit they did that highlights the difference in the O&A from O&J. Take hack bits and shock jock them up.

If they did the ketchup challenge in the past, Ant would shit on the thing constantly in a good natured way, make Erock fat jokes. Than right before Erock made his final guess Opie would squirt a bunch of ketchup on him than Erock would scream and curse. End of bit.

Now we get just the actual ketchup challenge the exact way your local morning zoo does.

I don't see how it doesn't make a hack bit 3 times as bad. 1, everybody in studio knows its hack. 2, Opie publicly announces it is hack like it takes some genius to realize that playing a "Ketchup Taste-Off" straight is a midwest terrestrial radio hack bit, 3. Then they play it straight anyway.

He cannot help himself, that's why he did a Roland bit, instead of Jocktober.

He is afraid he might like and steal what he hears.

Hack fuck.

I think he thinks he's Ron. Ron could actually do a hacky bit ironic and make it work.

Haters!

Awesome thread glad someone made another one of these because this has never been pointed out before.
