Do you think some of Norton's characters are based on Florentine's voice?

The more I hear Florentine, the more his stilted cadence reminds me of Yimmy's impressions. Particularly Chip and the way he over-enunciates the last word of sentence and lets it hang in the air a second too long.

I remember Jimmy saying Florentine inspired Chip. Florentine's mocking voice that he uses when talking about "selfiessss" or whatever is pissing him off must be the one
