Opie is an upper west side douche that goes to "meditation classes". He pays money to sit on the floor in the middle of some room while some barefoot guy with dreads comes around and says things like, "free your mind" and "let go of your worries" and other horseshit.

Opie was never a "destroyer". He was occasionally an asshole. If I went hunting and shot a deer, that wouldn't make me a hunter. It would make me a guy that went hunting once.

Based on how he handled the Jason Ellis fiasco ...no.

Ellis essentially ripped O&A a new one after O&A had had him on numerous times. Opie seems like he's on Quaaludes while listening to the audio.

The only thing that made the bit listenable was Anthony - who got riled up and personally attacked Ellis.

If anyone should have been angry, it was Opie. He personally pushed for Ellis to be on the O&A channel, pushed for him as a guest and pushed for him to have his own show.

Yeh I remember Opie slobbering on his nuts. Then Jim Jefferies at the tail end said he hated him and his "EXTREMENESSSSSS"

In other words, therapy and fatherhood neutered Opie.

Jason Ellis was fucking terrible and I'd get mad when I'd hear him on the channel. Douchey shit, hey who brought him to the show again? Anthony? Wait, oh, oh that's right....

It would be fucking great if Terry Clifford was the one to rip on Opie. That poor malformed manatee deserves the pay back.

Was Germany one of the strongest countries in the world in the 40's? Yes. Did East or West Germany have the power to crush other countries on their own? No.

What power did Opie ever have to crush anything?

Humble & Fred have every right to go after Opie. He got the pests to attack them because one of them said the Opie & Anthony show wouldn't work on stage in a comedy club. It was clearly an innocuous throw-away comment but sensitive Opie let it get to him and they harped on the show for days. The Humble & Fred show isn't even that hacky or douchy, it was only attacked because they happened to be in Opie's eyes bad-mouthing the O & A show. I want them to pick apart some of the recent shows and just tear them apart.

If any show took a shot at him, how could you argue that he didn't deserve it? He antagonized dozens of shows and now does the similar, crappy show that they did. He's a morning zoo yutz.

He would just call them haters and claim that they were jealous. He would call for a pest attack and the support he'd receive would be similar to the protest outside of SiriusXM after Anthony was fired....Bobo, stalker Patti and a handful (if he's lucky) of sad basement dwellers.

I bet he'd fare pretty well actually. His entire life is radio so if he's suited to argue anything it would be a good vs bad show. He would have significantly less armor as his show is really pathetic now but if there's one thing he's good at it's being a petty, childish dickhead.
