My conspiracy theory, Sirius XM has never really been a profitable business and lately they've been tanking harder so they're trying to gut the show. They couldn't just cancel the show for no reason, so they fire Ant to cause a decline in listeners which they then cite as reason to cancel the show, or severely reduce pay.
Because while the O&A crowd generally hates Howard, it's undeniable that a lot of people pay subscriptions just for his channel. He does less than 10 shows a month on average and he cares more about milking America's Got Talent than his show nowadays but people still shovel out cash for him.
If I remember correctly, Imus was fired for his "nappy headed hoes" comment a day or two after this show and there was a significant effort made by people associated with the show to wipe it off the internet.
Every site that had links to the show or segment took it down and it only resurfaced in the last year or two.
Louis CK is in it and he's beloved by the left but his ball licking fandom is slowing down. Once he says something that gets him in trouble, this type of shit will comeback to bite him in the ass.
