I need to know more about this guy. Did I spell his name correctly? Where is he fighting crime again? Dayton Ohio right? If anyone can upload all things "Doolyah" onto youtube I will be forever grateful

I think this was my favorite thing I've heard on the show in a while. Also today was a great example of Sam being a solid part of the show. He was more than happy to have some back and forths with Jims characters, and he's pretty damn good at it to. I will admit, when it comes to Jims characters, Opie does suck

Dolittle? I thought I kept hearing Papa say "Dolittle" but Jimmy was saying it like "Doolyah". Am I wrong or missing something here?

Pretty sure it was Dolittle, otherwise "don't let the last name fool you" wouldn't make sense. It was a fun character either way. Reminded me of his character Walt "Mongoose" Jenkins who was always concerned about people "mucking up the works". Amazing how many characters he has come up with over the years.

All I'm saying is that after I posted this thread it went from 2 upvotes to two downvotes in 15 minutes. Nothing in here is pro Opie, or anti- anything. So can you honestly tell me how this would happen besides someone with a beef? And I've noticed this to be a trend only in this sub. Trust me I know when I say things that will get bashed or downvoted, but I also know when I say things that are neutral or even good.
