It was the sixth podcast he's done on Facebook comments. If anything florentine has fucking cornered himself into this and it's his fault. His podcast has zero variety outside of doing exactly what he does on the show with Opie. The hate around here is pathetic.
People can like who they wanna like. They can also dislike, who they want to dislike. If you like the guy so much, tell people why you like them, instead of calling them liars for reasons they give for not liking him. And by the way, I agree with you on people splitting hairs and reaching for reasons to Opie-bash. It always drives me crazy when there's so many valid ones to choose from, like running bits such as the Florentine thing into the ground, and people go after his goddamn kids or wife something. They used to touch on certain aspects of it for a while during the show, but now its gotten to be where that is the only thing that Florentine is in studio for. Opie does shit that annoys me, but I don't just hate everything that he does. I actually like Florentine, but its gotten hard to listen to him now when he is in.

And he may not hold a gun to his head, but if they're talking about some "fuck her in the pussy" bit or something and someone mentions cotton candy, Opie will bring up cotton candy. And then he'll start taking calls where people start asking him about things. That is definitely all on Opie.
