Request from an O&A fan to Ron and Fez fans

I've heard so much great stuff about Ron and Fez over the years so I want to give them a go - could any seasoned fans recommend a good R&F show that best demonstrates what makes them great? I just want to get a feel for who everyone in the room is and what they bring to the show.
From listening to O&A and stuff like this place, I am under the following impressions;
Ron Bennington is a radio God and he carries that show like nobodies business. Everybody seems to like him and respect him.
Fez doesn't say much but he does burst into tears every now and again and can be funny.
There is a third mic I believe
They share a very similar sense of humour to the b-b-b-boys, and from the few clips I have heard, they love cracking gay jokes (usually at Fez's expense).
Is this about right?

Here's my favorite clip of R&F. It has Ron, Pepper, and Fez even chimes in for a moment. As for full shows, 8/19 show with Big Jay in for the whole thing that I thought was a great, recent show. Also the recent Steakgate show is a good one

I thought it was still well worth listening to. I also think that some of it may have been set up, like Fez going to get burgers on purpose but then it just got a lot real. I don't think they have the acting skill to pull it off

As for the shows today, I'd go in with tempered expectations. It's not the show it once was (there was a time during Ant's ranting days where I liked R&F more than O&A), but I can see why some people still enjoy it.

Ronnie B is, imo, the best radio show host I have ever heard. Simply amazing to listen to. Fez has got to be the craziest human being to ever have regular access to a nationwide radio show.
I started really getting into them for the first time during the cake horn kerfuffle. It's brilliant radio, if you haven't heard it before you should start ASAP

Listen to the identity guard live read. Also some of the AFRO shows to see how their personalities mix with O&A. Ron is respected because he is extremely loyal, can 'out-carney' anyone, and is generally just a really funny guy.
Ron thrives on anarchy; Its very difficult to tell if he is being truthful. He will go from a goofy 6 year old to angry as fuck in 30 seconds. He has walked out of the studio, kicked people out, and made them break down crying all while remaining the avuncular but elusive voice of reason

I don't know if they are similar, exactly. Ron and Fez have made me laugh harder than smoking 00 hash from Amsterdam with opium in the middle. Early Esd shows were so good, Ronnie is fuckin funny. Once you get the show I swear Ronnie can make something funny by tagging it with a "yeah."
