BTW now that I think of it, I was annoyed that Opie had a point. I'm a fan of Opie and appreciate him and I think him repeatedly saying face was one of the worst things he's done in weeks

He's one of the best storytellers they have on. The "I hate everything" bit that Opie is pushing him to do every appearance sucks and I think you can hear Florentine is thinking it's being done too much.

Florentine has always stunk, but thru subtle and not yet fully understood means, he managed to confuse enough people into thinking he was somewhat amusing or interesting.
Fortunately nothing can survive repeatedly locked in that studio with the toxic fumes emitted by a flying-solo Gregg Hughes, and finally the scales have begun to drop from people's eyes.
Once they were blind, but now they see, that Florentine isn't very entertaining.
