I would not seek out either show, but I guess if E-Rock was on while I drove home on Fridays I would listen. With Sam's show I just open the windows so I can listen to blowing wind, trucks, construction sounds and other more pleasant audio.

Sams show is horrible, it had like 2 good episodes. The idea of having whookid as a second mic was shortsighted. He brings nothing to the table. Nicole sucks too.

They just have him around because they feel cool having a black guy there, and he's pretty much the only one they can get.

I download ERock's show so I can listen to something on Friday afternoons. I think that explains my opinion pretty well.

Sam is terrible. Unlikeable, not funny, annoying to even hear through your speakers. Preshow, Postshow, Friday Show, or in his half-assed attempt to be an entertaining third mic on O&J, it doesn't matter. All shit.

I like E-Rock but his show bored me, and Sam's show is unlistenable.

If Erock just did audio of his "the consumer" stuff it would still be better than Sam's show.

I would listen to audio of erock opening and devouring an entire box of fruit flavored oreos before I even thought of subscribing to Sam's podacast.

I listened to the Pre-Show this morning for as long as I could tolerate his voice. Which turned out to be approximately 4 seconds.

To be honest I don't think either are that great.

It's no surprise really. Erock was doing radio when he was 18. He is like Dennis Falcone or Baby Boey in the sense he knows a lot about radio and it's history and running a show. Sam doesn't have any of that. There's a reason he's the best producer they have. And he's always down for the show. Anytime a bit needed done erock steps up not Sam. Fuck Sam. Erock army niggah.

Ericks show is very good. it seems like it moves along quickly and every episode I have listened to always leaves me wanting a longer show.

Of course Erock's is better. Sam's show is god awful, he's a musically retarded bore with childish taste in everything, while Erock is a semi musically retarded lovable oaf with childish taste in MOSTLY everything. Erock probably won't keep doing a show for long, but he'll do better than most of what's left of the staff in terms of finding work post O&A, maybe find something in management or production somewhere. He can always sell off some of that glorious Nagel seed.

Sam is going nowhere, his peak in the entertainment side of radio (or anything) has already passed, being lifted up by a group of more famous and/or talented people, and achieving a whopping 25K a year. He will dwindle away soon and end up becoming some midlevel management guy at a customer service call center somewhere.

Erock's a good seed and we share a lot of interests. His show is much better than Sam's glorified post show.

Sam should do a show about how to kill yourself in the most efficient manner possible.

I have only listened to the show when he was talking about ninja turtles, it felt like it had a real smodcasty feel to it that was great. Is every show that style of just hanging out talking about shit they love?

I like Erocks show. I've never been into any of the stuff they talk about. I just find it a nice relaxing hour for a Monday morning at the office. Listening to a bunch of dorks banging on about stuff i have no clue, but may actually have to check out now.

I don't like Sam, but to be fair his show has been pretty good since he stopped just playing those interviews with wrestlers. I enjoyed the show he did with Bert and the one this past week with Bobby Lee.

Sam's show is good. He brings on a funny comedian or two every week. Its better when they're just riffing vs. when he has prepared bits.
