His name is Dan Quinn, he used to be a meth junkie, lived in a shed on his moms property, has been to prison multiple times and a fairly terrible MMA fighter that would call out Kimbo Slice regularly. He just got out of prison a few weeks ago after serving two years for being a convict with an illegal firearm. He also claims blending Stevia with water can produce a miracle elixir that cures cancer. Oh ya, he went to Notre Dame and Lou Holtz was his football coach, raped a bitch, and blamed Lou Holtz for it. It's a long story really.
I just figured Opie would go down a similar crazy spiral and they both had somewhat similar cup sizes and dirty blonde hair. But as I also said, Dan Quinn is infinitely more entertaining.
