I counted 16 of the 25 threads in the first page earlier today were dedicate to bashing Opie.

It's amazing how any of these people ever liked the show considering he was half of it all these years. Unless it is the same 2 or 3 people each with 5 screen names. Which it could very well be.

I loved the show for 12 years. I disagree Opie was half of the show. He was even less than a 3rd since most of the content came from Anthony and Jimmy and their great chemistry. Opie used to know how to stay the fuck out of the way and let the talent shine.

In the last couple of years, he's felt the need to speak far too often with nothing funny or interesting to say - much like Sam. I understand Opie has to be a larger part of the show now but look what it has become. A shit show. There's no spark or chemistry there.
