My response to a Sirius survey as to why I cancelled my service....

You fired Anthony Cumia for saying the exact same things that you paid him for. It was a knee jerk reaction that was completely idiotic on your part. You do not have any other talk shows worth listening to now. Your golden goose Stern no longer feels like he has to work and when he does its hardly entertaining radio. Your other talk shows are just plain awful and annoying. Lastly, Opie & Anthony without Anthony is a joke. Opie is basically a moron and cannot run a show by himself; Jim Norton is a pretentious clown who is bitter because his career highlight is working for you A-holes. That being said Jim Norton sometimes is funny. Sam Roberts is one of the worst things to ever happen to radio, his nasally whiny voice sucks the momentum out of any show and he has nothing interesting or topical to ever contribute. You have commercials constantly (on a paid service) and your music channels play the same crap over and over again. How you are even still in business is completely baffling to me. Hope that explains it.

This is going to go into an email folder in Pakistan that nobody ever checks.

You forgot their talent booker is repulsive to every human sense. That mutant is in charge of building relationships with Entertainment types? Are you fucking kidding me?

I agree. This is so wordy it begins to read as a manifesto. Concision should be a priority.

This really should have started off with "Dear Mel Karzikstan..."

Most people working for SiriusXM have no actual loyalty to the company, if anybody does read this they'll just nonchalantly agree.

Have never been able to stomach a full show of Ron and Fez. Ronnie is annoying to me. He comes off as a douchebag and holds his SSSSSSSSS way too long. It's basically a call-in show and nothing more. Not to mention all the shitty side characters and interns.

I cancelled the service back in 2007 after they were suspended. "Uncensored".

I have no idea what you're talking about.
Ron & Fez is totally worth listening to.

I agree with alot of your points, not all but most..
It could have been worded in a more professional matter, it reads as an angry Facebook post.
This is full of insults and that turns people off instantly. You should have told them Opie/Jim/Sam is not good because [...] and worded it in a way that does not insult them.
Do you know how much free shit you can get being diplomatic in complaints? I am on free O and J listening status as we speak.

I see that you really tried with this one. Do yourself a favor though, do not use 'alot' when you are criticizing someone's writing.

Can anyone loan me a bravery meter? Mine just pegged at 11 and broke.
You know how SXM survives? By having other content people find interesting. They won't miss your money.

When I cancelled the guy asked me why, so I told him something along the lines of what OP said. His response? Something along the lines of "Wow... yeah... I've been hearing that a lot but I don't have any way shape or form of putting that or anything like it into the system here." Sirius is not interested in delivering a unique, quality product to their customers. They probably realize that 90% of their revenue comes from brain dead idiots who just want Y2Country in their new SUV.
