The way Anthony tells it, it was from Scott Greenstein, who is the head of content, NOT the absolute top of the company, but certainly at executive level.

Right, which means it was his decision. He is the head of content, it was a call from his branch. They acted really quickly, it is almost like there was a hit put out on Cumia but the decision of pulling the trigger was Scott's. Here is Scott Greenstein talking about it to BillBoard in an interview:
