I finally got sufficiently sick of the SXM show to decide to subscribe to Anthony's show. Going through the archive of his first week now. Is it as good as O&A was? No, but it's a lot better than O&J.

Now I just need to get a new stereo in my car so I can do bluetooth music from my phone, and ditch the SXM permanently.

Roland isn't even good at booking. When I think of the most interesting guests on O&A, most of them were because of Jim Norton or Sam Roberts.

Jim Norton has brought a lot of interesting comedians on the show, including Louis CK, Bill Burr, and Patrice.

Sam Roberts has given us Mike Tyson and anyone else that Whoo Kid happens to be talking to.

Roland has given us the Cronuts dude.

I'm now convinced Opie is tanking the show on purpose.

The minute I heard a Roland bit, and how proud Sam and Opie were of it, I turned off the radio.

Maybe if he could take a beating like any other staff member I would not hate him so much.

Him yelling slobbo when he is 2 times the size of Erick, and the fact he has done little to nothing for the show compared to Erick he is fucking revolting.

He is bad. Equally as hatable as Sam. Both think they are something special and deserve respect, when neither apply.

I turn the channel when either are featured on air, so they are equally as pointless and awful as "radio personalities".

I can't listen to the obese monster and think he's a cancer to the show - it's just that since he's apparently the gatekeeper between the show and interesting outside guests (who would make it a three man show day-by-day) I can't see O & J sticking with it after October unless Rolando can bring in guests to lighten the load.

To further clarify: Rolando is an embarrassment to his alleged Mexican/Portuguese/muddled Mediterranean culture.

Personally, I find Roland so incredibly bizarre and different from anyone I've ever encountered in my life that I can't help but find his segments interesting. He comes across as an utter twat and someone I wouldn't want to hang with, but as far as the show goes how can you not find him to just be a weirdly interesting listen?

He's only on once every couple weeks anyway for a short time, it's not like he's third mic and being crammed down your throat. Calm down with the "shaking in anger" you psycho.

He sucks at booking though. He booked some reality TV star nobody cares about for the first show back after Ant's firing.
