Jimmy joining TACS?

Would lil Jimmy be better off joining Ant? I know it's only the first week, but TACS is far superior to The Opie Show. Jimmy says he needs an outlet to be creative, and I think he'd be better off with Ant. He won't be able to fulfill his picture fetish, so would it be worth it?

Im kind of over Lil Jimmy. I dont dislike him or anything, but everything always boils down to addiction, trannies, fat pussies or Ozzy. That being said, I would love to see him on the show now and then, but not permanently.

Anthony could use a straight man though, to do news/interviews and be funny constantly has got to be a bitch.

He can't be creative on his own vice show? stop being an idiot and drop the speculating.

Fair enough.

I doubt he'd join Ant unless the Opie show was let go in October. If they were offered a contract he'd stay with Opie rather than bail on him/guaranteed money even though he and Ant clearly have better chemistry than Jimmy and Opie do. I think Jimmy would be better off being a sometimes-guest on Ant's show.

I just don't see that Sirius would allow that though. I know they let him on the tonight show and stuff like that, but it just seems like something SXM wouldn't allow.

He goes on other radio shows and podcasts to promote his standup all the time. His contract was structured so he's paid less but can miss days for gigs/promotion etc. I don't see how it'd be any different for him to go on Ant's show.

"TACS" has no audience and no revenue

Huh. What did all the subscribers do? Sub and then not pay or watch the show? I know he at least got my money cause my bank statement told me so.

I think Jimmy would come on as a guest from time to time, but not as a regular thing.

I would love for Jimmy to go on and make fun of Anthony. I loved when he went to his house and then ripped him to shreds on the air.

He won't for the same reason Opie won't. Anthony has made it clear that it's HIS show (name and location). Once the hype dies down, TACS will likely be seen by only hardcore O&A fans and people who identify with Ant's politics. Legit guests will be few and far between. Jimmy wants to be heard by the most ears possible, meet and interview celebrity guests, and avoid attaching himself to a fringe political show. By starting his own show at his place with a subscription service which will force him to stick with it, Ant has effectivly separated himself from Opie and Jim, who were his only ties to mainstream media.
