I saw Gilbert Gottfried live about a month ago. It was simply beyond epic. When I bought his book and got a picture from him after the show I told him that he needed to get on O&A and that Jimmy was their 3rd mic. Hope he or his agent listened.
I don't think Gilbert's ever been on O&A. Around the time I stopped listening, Stern was apparently mad at Gilbert for throwing cupcake frosting around the green room, but that's about it.
It was something like that. They used to buy cupcakes from Crumbs every Wednesday or something, and Gilbert picked off the toppings, stuck his fingers in some of them and (if I remember right) spit on some cupcakes and smeared icing on the walls.
Someone on the ron and fez board, I think /u/daethproof showed me his spot on Norm McDonald's podcast and I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life.
He's literally the one "celebrity" I would love to meet.
When Jim Norton hosted Artie Langes old radio show one of the guests was Gilbert Gottfried. I wonder if that's what lead Gilbert into doing this since they seemed to hit it off.

Ah, self-deprecation...
Nice to see Jim trying something new.

It'd be better if somebody took a flash photo during the shoot.

Isn't he still tied in with Stern?
2 FancyAndImportantMan 2014-07-18
Probably. But so are Norm, Colin, etc.

Good point, but I think Stern once "grilled" Gilbert for going on a radio show that Stern didn't agree with. I thought that was O&A.

I wasn't interested in this show until I watched this.

As far as I'm concerned Gilbert is the funniest man alive today. And has been for decades.

His first special is still one of my favorite stand up hours ever.

"I'm going to set myself on fire..."
His repeated callbacks and the famous quotes part make this my favorite podcast episode of anything

That was definitely a great appearance.
Also, I met Gilbert after I saw his show last month, very cool and softspoken. He took an extra minute to talk to anyone who came by.

That's awesome. How tall is he (lol) just curious.

I'm about 5-11, and he was a quite a bit shorter...I'd guess around 5-7.

I love this one, it's even better than the puking one.

That was really funny. I'm interested, dare say, anticipating?

I'm actually kind of excited for this show, although Gottfried just irritates me.
