(For those who don't know, Snerdley is Rush's African American producer so Rush can express his opinions on race quite openly because he has Snerdley sitting close by backing up everything he says).

Bingo. And never give him a mic. That is another thing Rush does. When he's about to talk about something racial he'll say "What's that, Snerdley?" and Snerdley isn't on a mic (and for all we know he might not even be in the god damn studio) and then Rush will proceed to say "ooooh we're gonna get in trouble for that but yeah it is possible that....." and he'll dive into his racial statement as if he is just repeating what Snerdley said to him off mic.

Something tells me rush has had enough people call for his job that he knows how to play the game almost perfectly now.
