Let's be honest, Opie and ant only could stand each other with that hefty paycheck. Could you imagine Opie joining a show where Ant is calling the shots? Ant race talk nonstop ( not "Hitlers birthday" type of stuff but more niggers are savages and the attack on white culture type of stuff) there is no way Opie is doing that.
Jimmy is not that guy either, none of the Colin and crew company is like that ( maybe except for Nick) he grew up around black comics. Yes Opie and Ant provided him and his friends ( let's be honest they are his friends not friends of o&a). If Ant was bitter before, he is crazy now

O&A are at a point where they have enough FU money to easily get this IPTV show / podcast off the ground.
The only issue I see is that Opie and Jimmy would need to commute to Anthonys place every day which takes them away from their precious Manhattan lifestyles.
