He obviously didn't really research Anthony all that well as he makes some presumptuous statements about him, I was expecting to be angry about what he was going to say about the incident, but was pleasantly surprised at how honest he was in acknowledging the problems in the black community.
He also didn't mention that Ant alleges that the woman's only comment to him was "white motherfucker." To me, that adds a whole other level of egregiousness to her assault. It is also opening volley of the racial aspect of the incident.
Everyone's making assumptions about Ant's motives for taking pictures (i.e. that he was taking "creepshots") but he (along with Louis CK) has said that he does not find black women sexually attractive. He stuck to that opinion even after Patrice berated him for it and tried to change his mind. I find it hard to believe that he would want to take "creepshots" of her.
Why is no one speculating about this woman's motives.
I was in and then I'm out when he started saying as if he knows for sure that ants purposely took the woman's picture. He should've looks at some of the picture that ants took that night before claiming that he knows for sure what ant was doing that night.
The weird thing is that no matter how much I dislike ultra-feminists or ultra-self-pitying black people, whenever I hear a woman or a black person defend (even in a reasonable way) any even mild racist/sexist statements I still think in the back of my mind "lol you uncle tom" or "haha you dumb cunt". Anybody else get that?
That's my point, I'm saying that they can't win. If they're too annoyed at sexist comments I think "dumb cunt" and if they defend sexist comments I think "dumb cunt". I'm just being honest, maybe i'm retarded, but I don't think I'm the only one.
I'm not saying I'm proud I'm just saying this "reaching across the aisle" stuff is meaningless. Why do they have to first agree with an actual racist white man before bringing up real problems in the black community. Self-hatred can be just as annoying as self-pity.
that said tommy sotomayor hates black women so much
he's as generalizing as Ant is about linking all probelms
back to one factor. tommy is funny in some of his videos,
But he's the anthony cumia on black women.
No, we're not saying his opinion matters more because he's black. He has an opinion that seems uniquely honesty compared to most black people when it comes to crying "racist" and what battles they choose to fight, that's why I posted it here, just because most black people could easily be defensive and just call Anthony racist instead of considering the merits of anything he's said as the ideas stand on their own. It just seems unique amongst black people to admit these things, that's why I posted it.
I have never heard an Uncle Tom say shit like Tommy does. For instance, Tommy has said black women acting like violent idiots is a plot by the white man to keep black men down. Uncle Tom would say that?

Does this guy always talk like this?
He sounds like he's trying to be prolific with every sentence. His cadence stinks, and I don't like him.

What would you think of a woman who defends your mildly sexist statement of "haha you dumb cunt?" Just curious.

Well, your honesty is refreshing. Kudos for that.
But this isn't really something to be proud of.

Huh, I pretty much agree with you here. I guess I just thought you phrased this incredibly poorly at first.

I love that for most of the video, he pronounces Cumia like Mumia Abu Jamal.
1 freeponyrides 2014-07-11
In fact, Cumia is our Mumia. He's guilty and we defend him anyway.

I can't stand this guy's delivery. This video would be about half as long if he didn't act like was giving a speech at the million man march.

"I don't know how to say his last name." Is this guy fucking illiterate? This is what passes for popular youtubers these days? Fuck...
