Not that I don't agree with you cancelling, I'm all for it, however she didn't make any efforts at retention. I've worked in similar customer service jobs (so glad I don't anymore), as a rep that's part of your job is trying to keep customers from cancelling. Call centers always pull your calls randomly and review them with you at least once a month. She's gonna a bad score on that one from quality control.
