podcasts... there are a lot of them.. Even if O&A / Ant stopped making material all together there is a ton of good podcasts out now to fill the void.. Most of the regular comedians have their own now.

Siriusxm doesn't own the name Opie and Anthony, Opie and Anthony do. They've said it on air a few times. I imagine its part of their contracts as to if one of them is fired you can't use that name etc. or opie told them "tho mah shit brother man"
