Wouldn't Ant be better off skipping the whole podcast route and instead just go with a basic variation of the classic OandA formula?

Paid live audio/video stream that gives subscribers a chance to call in and interact with the show, and a free YouTube channel that hosts complete shows as soon as they're wrapped and gives freeloaders the chance to still help generate ad-revenue via YouTube's Partner program.
