They cancelled Artie's show, so there's an unfilled niche. It includes a visual element they so desperately desire. Maybe the audio is available for download and both available to stream for say, $5-10 a month. Maybe they have a deal in place already?
All speculation I know.

Don't count on it. Direct TV and sxm are active business partners and share content.
