Anyone else notice how every anti-Anthony news story just casually glosses over the fact that he was ASSAULTED?

How many articles did we read that stated : He was "allegedly" assaulted or He "claims" he was assaulted?

Why is the most important fact of the issue totally disregarded?

It's maddening. These outlets got their pound of flesh. Enough already.

They report it as "alleged" because it's slander/libel to report the crime as having been committed when there were no charges filed or court decision. If they said he was assaulted by the girl she could come forward and sue them because she was never arrested or charged for assault so that'd be the media making a false claim against her.

My point was: no one is focusing on the cause of Anthony's reaction. The news could stop being coy douches and say, he was "allegedly" attacked - and that caused him to respond the way he did.

Instead, we get he's a racist woman hater who snapped after he was "allegedly" attacked.
