A few of us here grew up on Stern and discovered O&A once Hampton Howie with Beth, kittens and AGT became intolerable. Now they're refugees with no one to listen to in the morning.
I gave up on Stern when he got divorced. His endless tirades about how much money he had to pay Allison were more exhausting than Ant's recent (last few years) racial tirades.
Hey, after all, being misunderstood is the fate of all true geniuses, is it not? But my life isn't bad at all! I'm still on the air, I've got my kids, and I've got Allison! Allison! She's the best friend I could ever have! And who knows, with a little time, the right energy, I think I could talk her into some hot lesbo action!
this is interesting, ive never heard him say anything about this or anything negative about her, i assumed it was some kind of rule of his, do you have any clips of this?
He did not talk negatively of her. The previous commentor was referring to Stern being upset that he parted with 50% of his wealth, and mentionning that to ever married guest, and every guest in a relationship. Heck, he even convinced George Takei to have a pre-nup discussion with Brad!
He never spoke negatively of Allison (at least that I can recall...I haven't listened on a regular basis since Stern went to Satellite.)
He pissed and moaned for YEARS about how much money he had to give up in the divorce and said he'd never get married again.
Then he got married again and started talking about cats and working 3 days a week while collecting massive paychecks and simultaneously suing the company that was giving him massive paychecks because in his mind the paychecks weren't BIG ENOUGH.

I remember him swearing up and down back in the radio days that he would never get married again.
Then Beth. Blech.

AGT? I tapped out on Howard when someone pointed out to me how Robin's laugh was very "house niggerish". she became like fingernails on a chalkboard!
