There are Patrice torrents out there, it'd be great to get other packs on the major torrent sites....complete Louis ck appearances, uncle paul bits, all the scorch segments, etc.

I actually have that, downloaded the torrent about 6mths ago. It is 11gig in size, I found it on kickasstorrents.

This isn't going to happen. First off, they aren't equipped to claim every video that goes up. Sirius is notoriously out of touch with technology so I doubt they will even try to partner with YouTube to have any of their content automatically flagged at upload. Sure they can report and take down some of the big channels with minimal effort, but that's not going to stop someone who is determined to upload.

Second, Sirius also doesn't care enough to deal with anyone who operates outside of YouTube. Whether that be a private site or public torrents. Stern is their biggest entity and most of the private sites that dedicate themselves to pirating that content don't go down. They are all paranoid, but I can't think of one that was shut down directly due to legal action by Sirius. If anything, hoo hoo would send his legal team after pirates well before Sirius could even begin thinking of launching legal action.

They will keep perpetuating special intrests' groups agendas. The ones who stay either deserve no better or are too fucking dense to see the big picture here.

They've already done it before with the most high-profile uploaders and clips. It's a lot more difficult because it's not like tv shows or music where there's software to search videos for protected content since that would be impossible for a daily radio show.

YouTube can search through audio files and find matches with copyrighted materials. So yes they do too have that.
