First off, it would be horrible for Ant. I'm sure the things she would say, whether true or not, could not possibly work in his favor. There is probably a reason why he didn't choose to call the cops.

Secondly, as others have said, this isn't about her. I'd wager if any of us were in her place and some creepy drunk dude pointed a camera your way at 3am you'd flip too. I doubt she knew he was famous either.

Couple this with the lack of concrete evidence she hit him (I believe him, but the media doesn't), and his face looking perfect in all these twitter pics, and it's just not a good deal no matter what.
